Someshwar (सोमेश्वर ) is the name of the sub-division headquarters, a Sub Division in the Almora, Uttarakhand. The place is lush green with plenty of plain land which make this place scenic beauty adorable to everyone eyes. Also as this place is rich in fertile land and abundance of water source
this is main source of farming for for he people living in someshwar.
Main beauty of this place is lie on its filed where one can enjoy, covered with mountain from all side water coming down from rivers, lush green field stretch across the valley make this area more beautiful.
Someshwar is also famous for the Someshwar mahadev temple a small temple situated in someshwar velly. Also to note the valley lies in the banks of two river namely "Kosi" and "Sai" which make this place more beautiful than other places.
